Hope for a future

Thank you for telling the story Mr. Heathcock. I did not realize exactly how bad it was in the Valley. I am not from there but I have traveled it many times and saw the wonder of the Valley being in full bloom of various crops. I am very sorry it has come to this and worry about the future of those same farmers who grew those many crops. I can only hope that the politicians and so-called environmentalists can see the errors of their ways and bring the water back to the rivers and canals, at least then, there may be some hope. I know out here in New Mexico, a lot of dairy farms moved here from California. However we have our own water problems out here, not quite to the same extent but it is still bad. Godspeed to the farmers of the Valley.
