10 Word Story Challenge

100 Days of Writing (Day Sixty)

“Find the key emotion; this may be all you need know to find your short story.”

I was challenged by Mark Cosby after reading his 10-word stories and leaving a response. I didn’t sit down and write them all at once. The first three came to me in the morning and the rest at various points throughout the day. I would stop what I was doing and write them out to make sure they were 10 words. Here they all are:

1. He spent so long faking, he forgot how to live.
