It is wrong to describe capitalism as an economy.. Economy means: House Management… Capitalism rejects all management… Regulating commerce is certainly within the power of government; but based upon principals, the government refuses to do so except in extreme cases.. For the people, the meaning of unfettered capitalism is clear: Injustice; and for the state to maintain an unjust exploitation of resources and people means they must deal with the destroyed, the disaffected, and the dispossessed.. If the theory was that only the wealthy, and the productive could support government, then privilege for property was justified; but to not tax the very people making off with the commonwealth, and instead taxing the common people into poverty to avoid taxing the rich is not just, but is destructive of the whole basis of society in civility… How soon will it be before the rich decide we are simply excess population who must be destroyed so they can stay ensconced in their palaces and penthouses forever???
