"James With" aka James Wearing-Smith is President and a Founder of Stark Networks, initiated in the Summer of 2017. As a career entrepreneur, having held positions on the executive boards of a number of companies, providing knowledge, research and development inputs forms part of Mr. Wearing Smith's mandate; these days James primary focus is public private project administration, concerted efforts on sustainability and improving communities and the environment, in collaboration with the Ocean Conservation Tourism Association ("OCTA"), as well as executive producing and bringing foreign feature film productions into the Kingdom of Thailand; many of the projects James is involved with are developed, structured and implemented for sustainable, environmentally conscious, emerging markets opportunities.
