Five Drool-and-Photo-Worthy Flavored Water Ideas

If you read my last blog post (just go back and read it now), you know that one way to avoid overeating and take back control at mealtime is to drink two full glasses of water before you eat. Oh, you don’t like drinking water? That’s weird, but okay. You’ll still like these ideas for making your water more delicious and insta-worthy looking in no time flat.

Bonus: fill up a large glass or stainless steel water bottle with one of these combos to help make sure you keep sipping throughout the day.

  1. Slices of lemon & ginger
  2. Slices of strawberries & orange
  3. Slices of apple & a cinnamon stick
  4. Chopped pineapple & mango
  5. Blueberries & raspberries

Time and money saving hack: Buy a few different bags of frozen (organic is best) fruit. In the morning, simply toss a little of whichever you like into your water bottle or pitcher. No washing, peeling or slicing required. You’re welcome.
