I Need To Stop Lying To Myself

Things aren’t going so well for me right now and that’s ok.

We all go through ups and downs but what I’m doing is lying to myself, which is infinitely worse.

When we do that, not only are we avoid the problem at hand, we aren’t looking for a solution.

A way out.

A way to make ourselves better and stronger.

Instead, we regress and dig ourselves into a deeper hole.

It’s like lifting the same amount of weights and never increasing the load capacity.

You’ll never get stronger that way nor will you move forward.
