As Twitter is a business that needs to make money, their analytics will focus n how you can gain more reaction/interaction from your content rather than improving your own experience.

‘Back in the old days’, when Twitter was smaller and I had more time I used to know who was more active and with whom I had the most interactions and who just ignored anything I posted or responded to. As Twitter has gotten larger and I have less time, it becomes harder. Relying just on Twitter’s ‘what you missed’ tweets is too simplistic.

I suspect what you need is some form of tool that helps you define/improve who and what you need to pay more attention to, rather than analytics.
