I admire your intentions for sharing the nuts and bolt of your business but I have to question why you’d do this? Opening up the internal runnings of your business only exposes you to cheaper competitors trying to steal your clients, the tax man questioning the legal status of your dividend position (you might want to check that) or undervaluing the company should someone wish to buy/invest (as there is no mystery, no ‘flash of the Kimono.’) Focus on building an amazing business and tell us the story at the end. :-)
