An Honest Attempt
I have recently had some trying experiences. I am trying to get back to my “self”. I am giving myself and my life a chance at becoming an efficient and peaceful being. I expect to form some lasting habits that will allow me to make use of my time more efficiently and keep me at a state of peace. So here is the list I am looking at —
- Wake up early in the morning
- Meditate in the morning for 10 minutes
- Stretch and do yoga/exercise in the morning
- Study a difficult topic/course for half an hour in the morning
- Don’t jump right into work, read financials and news before work
- Plan and strategize the day
- Have a daily and weekly to-do list
- Have a powerful and meaningful personal statement everyday
- Stretch/exercise for 20 minutes after work to disconnect
- meditate/pray before bed
- reflect on the day before sleeping
