5 Things God Wants You To Do When Your’re Being Counted Out

To be counted out can be hurtful at times, especially if its by relatives that you’re supposed to be closed with or if you are trying your best to get along with others at a new career you just started. God’s love, however, isn’t undone. He’s closer than you think even when the pain seems unbearable and the tears won’t stop from falling down your face. You may feel lonely but God hears your cries and, He never ignores your needs and wants. God sees you carrying your cross.
So, you ask why am I still being counted out?
Even when others count you out, count yourself in and love yourself regardless of others actions. You, my friend have a purpose on this Earth and although it doesn’t seem like it right now, you will get there. Maybe your reason for being counted out is because you’re enemies can see the kind-hearted individual you are inside. Those spiteful people who have done malicious things to you will reap what they sow. However, also remember that if we don’t forgive, we allow that hurt to eat at us causing our hurt to inflict others. Being unforgiving will make you sick.
You may not have a great relationship with your family or, you may not even have a group of good friends to snap pictures with however, think about the things you are blessed to have such as food, shelter, clothes, a paying job. and good health. There is nothing like God’s love. The giants you are facing are just getting you closer and closer to your destiny because God is greater living inside of you then those who are in the world. He will give you strength and peace even while being and outsider. His love will always fill voids and, His love is unconditional. As long as you understand this, you can step out on the water and walk knowing He is beside you. I know you may feel unnoticed but, there’s a light and purpose inside of you waiting to be discovered. Don’t ever change who you are.
- When you’re being counted out, let go and give the situation to God.
- Tell yourself, “I was created for a purpose and those counting me out will eventually wonder why you don’t look like what you’ve been through.
- Turn your bible to my favorite scripture: Jeremiah 9:11
- Journal your thoughts on paper or in a notebook.
- Pray for the people that are hurting you and know deep down inside they are doing it intentionally because hurting people hurt others.
