· We have pivot chart, we have calender report. How about viewing all in one dashboard for a quick review? Lets learn and do it here.

· Go to the Edit mode

· Click on Create New — Page

· Fill up the necessary details like Name of the page. I am calling this as “Vacation Days Dashboard”

· Where you want the dashboard to be displayed. Select from already existing forms or create a new one. Here I am creating a new one. Then click “Create”

· It will take you the script board as shown in the below image.

· Oops should I have to do coding here? — No, no. That’s the beauty of Zoho Creator. It takes away loads of coding burden from us.

· Follow my steps. On the left, below Deluge Tasks (please note that Deluge is proprietary language of Zoho). Drag and drop “Form | Report” under “Embed” sub column. This opens up a new popup. There you get option to select the reports you want to see in your dashboard. Here we want to see Vacation Calendar Report & Vacation Pivot Report. Select first the Vacation Report. Read the details and click “Create”.

· Since it is a dashboard we want to see all the reports in one page. So again click on “Form | Report” under Embed and drop it below the first embed line. Enter the necessary details. i.e. earlier we selected the calender report, below that now we want to see Pie Report. So select the Employee Vacation Report.

· Save the script without fail. Whilte testing I forgot to save and clicked on live mode and reports were missing. Again I had to do the above steps. This time I saved the script.

· Go to live mode to see the dash board. Example of the same is mentioned in the below image.
