Hi Keith, I hear your challenge and I myself have found it hard to apply or maintain mindfulness in the past. It is one approach to healing another approach is Havening. This is one of a handful of psychosensory approaches. It uses delta waves to help heal trauma, once learnt you can do self Havening.
