I’ve dealt with extreme depression and anxiety throughout my teenage and adult life. There were times where it got so bad that I didn’t know how to handle the toxic thoughts or painful feelings.

Over the years I didn’t have a set goal or purpose as to what career I wanted to follow. Once I found my voice in writing, I instantly knew I wanted this as a career. But there were days where my depression or my anxiety will get the better of me.
