This is mostly just statements of your feelings and mistaken opinionsfeelings as facts. Only the point about rates of sex offences among trans women has any potential validity, and is worth discussing, but that’s a nuanced issue that shouldn’t be used as a sledgehammer against trans women’s womanhood. Trans women are often seen as perverts, which could be leading to some form of judicial bias. You’re ignoring the role of sex hormones, and how HRT might affect this. You don’t discuss cis women who are sex offenders or prison security in general. You don’t even mention the possibility of only excluding trans women who are actually sex offenders. You just spend a paragraph JAQing off to make it seem like you have a point. You don’t. You just your have subconscious belief that you’re superior for being a cis woman and the pretense of rationality.
