I would just like to point out that there is more to a processors specification than clock speed. It’s not fair to draw any conclusions based solely on this number. There is also integrated GPU, power consumption and various new tech used like hyper-threading etc.

Also, since IPC (instructions per cycle) is what makes a processor “fast”, the newer one is more than 3x more efficient in completing a task even if its slower by clock speed. 2400mhz@4IPC(dual) = 9600 vs 2000mhz@16IPC(dual) = 32000

Please do not oversimplify this, it’s misleading to people not aware of these technical aspects.
