My 38 year old son died of pancreatic cancer Oct 3 2016. I was already at the stage “HEYDIDYOUKNOWI’MAWIDOWTHAT’SMYFUNFACT!!!!!!!” from my husband’s death from colon cancer Oct 5 2011 — I’m surprised I can remember the dates they died — that’s how much death I’ve been around lately! Dec 2016 two weeks prior to the xmas day celebration in my house aka alone with a Kindle, my dead son’s dog dies after a short walk on a long hill behind our home aka alone with a Kindle. I can barely remember to breathe at times. Love this writing.
