I am amazed by some of the comments such as the person who said that because Addie is 21 she doesn’t need insurance when she clearly stated that without the insurance she would have a hard time paying her costly bills coming in for her treatment.

Then a later person implied that 21-year-olds in the past have been responsible enough to buy their own health insurance because they had jobs. He might not realize that many people of that age (or much older, in fact) have jobs with wages too low to pay for much of anything beyond perhaps rent and food. Those jobs also often have no benefits so no insurance there.

I could go on, but I won’t.
