Caitlin, I’m so with you. It’s my fantasy too. There’s millions of us.
But there’s something very, very crucial to making this fantasy reality: language.
The term “Anti-War” creates more War. Even if you harbour the slightest doubt about this — can you err on the side of caution and act as though it may be true? (Because it is.)
Every time the term “Anti-War” is used, the planetary energy of war is increased. “Anti-war” instantly creates the energy of “anti” and “war” in the minds of those who receive / read the phrase: in my mind, it gives birth to images of US missiles, US militarism, George W., mass destruction in Iraq, anger, Clinton, Tony Blair, John Howard, etc. It turns my consciousness instantly to war, and my consciousness contaminates the giant ocean of planetary consciousness, making the planet more war-like.
“Peace,” “Peace in our lifetime,” “Peace on Earth”, or any other phrase calling in the future state in the positive will create more planetary peace.
Do you not use the word “peace” because you think it’s naff or something? If so, is it worth sabotaging your own beautiful fantasy because you wanna be cool?
Whether your paradigm is quantum physics or mysticism or both, there’s oodles of evidence pointing in the direction that consciousness precedes and creates reality. (Check out David Chalmers for instance.) And language directs consciousness.
“Anti-War” strengthens War consciousness, just like “anti-Trump” strengthens Trump consciousness (who else was ever going to be US president after 1.5 years of Trump dominated facebook feeds?), and “anti-Clinton” strengthens Clinton consciousness. Etc.
Your beautiful, sexy fantasy CAN become reality, but only if supported by language that fuels its power.
