Hi Paul. Actually the point I was making is that I would choose someone who is candid and willing to work in a bipartisan way to someone whose views I might agree with but has no integrity. I am not a “neolib” so I won’t take the comment personally: in my case, I dismissed him as a nominee simply because of his choice of a running mate (Sarah Palin’s ascension to the ticket was a harbinger that the party would be accepting of someone like that — ignorant, although not quite as arrogant as #45 — on their ticket and so we got Trump). I wrote this because it’s how I feel; it’s your choice to read it so please “spare” yourself if you don’t want to. I respect that you think differently and I am glad you are not in the group wishing ill health towards anyone. We can just disagree without insulting each other or painting groups of people with labels that are not helpful. Peace.
