Stop believing what memes & other people tell you to believe.
She did try to get recused from the case, didn’t want to represent the guy, and couldn’t know if he did or did not do the crime. She laughed, among other things, about the failure of polygraphic technology. She also got her client to plea guilty.
But here’s something you need to realize: Every person, guilty or not, has a right to counsel & to a speedy and fair trial. Even if she hadn’t tried to get recused or even if it had been taken to trial & he’d been acquitted, it wouldn’t be on her. It is up to the prosecution to prove their case. It is up to them to make sure they have the evidence and testimony to get the conviction.
