I suggest oils be applied….

When I began using essential oils I had NO idea where to apply, how much to use or if it mattered. This is hopefully going to take some of the mystery out of the “where”. Please contact me with any questions.
• Immune Booster– Apply to the bottom of feet
• Tummy Tamer– Roll on stomach and gently rub
• Muscle Soother–Put this on the sore muscles and rub in.
• Owie Stick– Roll the owie stick directly onto the skin, clean the roller ball after use.
• Anti-itch Stick– Roll the anti-itch stick directly onto the skin
• Seasonal Stick–Apply to pulse points behind ears, wrists, and inhale.
• Tension Tamer– Apply to the back of the head at the base of the neck and the temples, be sure to keep the oil away from the eyes.
• Deep Breath– Apply to upper chest and wrist pulse points
• Anti Stress– Use on points behind ears and on wrists. Be sure to inhale this wonderful blend.
• Chill Out– Apply behind ears and on wrists.
• Grounding Blend– Apply behind ears and on wrists. I do this over my heart also.
• Good Night Sleep Tight–Try rubbing onto the bottoms of feet, and wrists.
• Energized– Behind ears and on wrists.
• Let’s Focus– Behind ears and on wrists.
• Joyful– Apply to pulse points behind ears and on wrists. This is another oil I apply over my heart.
