Unless of course you’re got enough of an entrepreneurial spirit to climb the curve quick enough to find that sweet spot where all the rewards reside :)

That’s definitely one personal solution to the turbulence…
But, given that we can’t select out all the people who don’t fit that particular entrepreneurial niche in the less than a generation that we have, we’d better start coming up with some cultural innovations.
Previous mechanisation replaced strength, perseverance and dexterity, modern automation is replacing human intelligence, ingenuity…and probably interaction.
There’s only one direction this evolutionary pressure leads in…
