thanks for sharing! I am always trying to share only positive things, because i am so sick of doom and gloom that i can’t take it anymore. The problem with our monkey brains and bad news is even worse. Our brain is constantly re-wiring itself and thus things that you repeatedly think or experience become part of your very reality. In my case i developed anxiety and even panic attacks out of constant worrying. The good news is that you can turn it around and rewire your brain for happiness, but it takes constant work. The good moments pass along without notice for most of us since our brains are like teflon for them. It craves the bad news, the danger, the end of world scenarios. Those things stick like velcro. So take in the good moments more actively and keep on spreading good news :)
