We must first change ourselves
Transformed from
Our self-made enemies devoured our cocoons
Our chrysalises
And our wings
Protect our selves by stop engaging in what we find offensive
Or propping up the fake ones!
The ones that brag about their niceness
Their kindness
Never are
Until our new forms are giving
What can we do to help in secret when no one is watching
Metamorphoses through real kindness
