The political exit for Jakob Ellemann-Jensen
Hardly 4 years since Jakob took charge of the proud farmer party Venstre, he’s stepped down from his position. He got to be in charge 10 years less than his legendary father. He had big shoes to fill. Too big. When Jakob took charge Venstre had the support of 23% of electors. Today the number has fallen down to 9%. In the meantime former deputy chairman of the party Inger Søjberg got a prison sentence. And after Venstre harshly criticized prime minister Mette Frederiksen up to the election only to join Mette Frederiksen in a government with her (still) as the prime minister. And after Venstre has declared that they support a toll on the agriculture production, which the agriculture business with there ever so tiresome tendency to dramatic gestures, has raged on about.

New burning sensation takes on the throne of the chili kingdom

In a bout a decade Carolina Reaper has been on the throne as the strongest chili in the world. But not longer. A new chili by the name of Pepper X has pushed Carolina off the throne. On the Scoville På scoville scale which measures the strenght of the chili, Pepper X gets 2,69 m heat units. A million more than Carolina Reapers. Jalapeño gets 5000 heat units. The Pepper X is created by celebrity pepper breeder Ed Currie, the same guy who made Carolina Reaper. I look forward to watcht Chili Klaus eat a couple of those on YouTube.

Nonsocial Impoliteness
The norwagien journalist Ronja Rognmo has talked about getting on the bus with a huge belly and many kilos over ones normal weight, with no one at all offering a seat. The incident happens in Norway but think we can safely aplly it to Denmark. I mean, just hear this quote; We norwegian people are a reserved people. We think it’s unpleasant to get eyecontact with strangers and detest small talk. Sounds familiar, right?
