● A Splatoon-themed fishing event will come to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp with catchable squid and octopus, and Splatoon-themed rewards!

● D3 Publisher’s new Omega Labyrinth title is called Omega Labyrinth Life and is scheduled for 2019 release on Nintendo Switch. More information will be in tomorrow’s issue of Weekly Famitsu. Teaser scan posted here.

● Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that Tales of Vesperia REMASTER (Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition) will release on 11 January in Japan as well, priced at ¥6,156 for the regular edition and ¥11,988 for a 10th Anniversary Edition. Box arts, contents and the second trailer posted here.

Fire Emblem Heroes saw Tempest Trials+: Doorway to Destiny begin with the big rewards being Ethlyn: Spirited Princess, and two Sacred Seals, Blaze Dance 1 and Drive Spd 1.

● Kazutaka Kodaka (Danganronpa) and Kotaro Uchikoshi (Zero Escape) are two of seven employees behind the new company Too Kyo Games. Three videogames and an anime were announced although there’s currently no platforms. A Famitsu interview confirmed that the release of AI: The Somnium Files will not be affected despite the director leaving Spike Chunsoft.
