Max Kellerman Brings The Heat And Says Tom Brady Is Going To Be A “Bum”

I don’t even want to give this statement any thought or a blog but I just need to say, congrats Max Kellerman. It’s his first week at First Take and he knew he had some big shoes to fill replacing Skip Bayless. Between replacing his hot takes and sitting across from Stephen A. Smith, the KING of saying stupid shit, Max knew he had to say something crazy.

Well he sure did. He went way past crazy to totally off the reservation by saying that Tom Brady is “just about done” and that he will “fall off a cliff” and be a “bum.” If you watch the video of Kellerman saying this, the host and Stephen A. aren’t even buying it. When you are on First Take, your job is to give the hottest/shittiest takes that you probably don’t even believe in just for reaction and ratings. So Max Kellerman came out firing and dropped maybe the dumbest statement of the year in sports media (lol jk there is way worse) so I guess he’s off to a great start? Can we just call him the GOAT of idiotic thoughts?

It worked, it got people talking and fired up. I’m not that mad cause I don’t think he actually thinks this. Just tryna’ make a splash and get noticed without being overshadowed by Stephen A. He just needs to know that by saying outlandish stuff on tv for effect means no one takes his opinion for anything anymore. That’s the price you pay, even when you are just doing it for the paycheck. It’s the real idiots of the world who actually believe their own dumb analysis that make me mad. Anyway, First Take still sucks as a show but at least we got a good laugh.
