The two words I focus on to keep in a breakthrough state is challenge, as you mentioned, and invitation. The invitation is anything bringing us back to a situation, challenge, or project. It could be through rewards, encouragement, or even joy.

Sometimes we have to manufacture invitation and this where I can get stuck. Curious on what you do Jeff when you have to generate your own invitation?
