I think calling them “the perfect match” grossly overrates Kyrie’s effect on Lebron.

LeBron is definitely more beneficial to Kyrie, that’s obvious. But he probably enjoys playing with a guy who can and will create his own shot at anytime; takes pressure off the King. Kyrie has the potential to be more lethal on offense than Wade was in any of the Heatles years (better shooter, younger, healthier). The perfect compliment for LeBron is someone who is willing and able to focus on just getting buckets and little else, LeBron can do all the rest. I think Melo would have been the ultimate teammate but for now Kyrie is about as good a scorer as you can pair with the King.
