Perry Campbell, did you just make the claim that Russia is

a bear that merely wishes to be left alone ?

Wow, that is honestly laugh-out-loud funny. Well, laugh-out-loud until I read the comment:

Take our missiles away from Russia’s borders, and everything returns to a peaceful status all across the globe.

And then you claim that

It’s as simple as that.

While I will say that I thought you deserved more respect for your imaginative story about the uprising of rural America in response to an article about the impending doom of impeaching Donald Trump, I cannot possibly believe that you are serious or that you could possibly support these claims.

I mean, surely you don’t think that ISIS is waiting for us to remove our missiles from South Korea so they can finally get back to peace. Or that Russia, who just wants to be left alone, will stop trying to take over Ukraine or stop bombing Syria if we just remove our missiles? I mean sure, there would be peace in the Middle East between Israel and the Palestinians if we removed our missiles from Russian borders, but that’s obvious…(sarcasm). Racism in the U.S. can easily be traced to our missiles near the Russian border, so that’s a given.

In fact, now that I think about it, if Trump would just remove those missiles, I could probably forgive a former friend for holding me hostage at gunpoint a few years back…you are right, the key to peace across the globe is within our grasp and we are just too stupid to see it. Bravo!
