React components can be complicated. A lot of work happens behind the scenes to turn your React code into visual, dynamic elements in the browser. Over the course of a few articles, I’ll be shedding light on the key features of components and discussing the purpose, uses, and caveats of these features. The goal is to clarify some of React’s most crucial (and sometimes complex) features.
