Facebook said Good Morning to me, but I couldn’t reply, what about AI?
… and it was weird
During this month we have been living weird times for social media. So many changes, so many new strategies and algorithms.
Today Facebook timeline looked so different to me, and I could spot the difference so quickly thst it made me laugh.
When I saw this greeting my first reaction was:
Are you really trying to connect with me, timeline?
So, I did what it was so logical to me: click over the message.
Response? Nothing, this greeting didn’t have anyway I could interact with.
It was kind of disappointing, I went to Twitter and I posted this:
and then this:
And I mean it: we should have the power to interact with this kind of stuff. Facebook should put AI on their timeline so we can ask Facebook stuff. We could answer to that kind of messages. At least, I could hate or like that greeting, couldn’t I?
So:
- If you want to interact with people make it both ways
- If you are going to keep consistent updates asking as about how we feel or wishing us good stuff, let us reply.
- If we can reply, it would be polite to have an answer
- I know this is not Siri, it could be much wonderful than that
- Facebook could have an Artificial Intelligence Timeline, so people could learn or ask for stuff, and socialize in a different way.
- We could even ask for our friends… or maybe about events…
- I would use that… maybe
- It’s Creepy
- Could be awesome
