First let me state that I 100% agree with your opinion to build more housing, especially high density housing. I support this 100%!
By the way, everyone will NOT move into EPA — that is a Red Herring statement. I was only talking about you personally. 
Like a typical politician, you did not answer my questions. 
My questions to you were about why you said you will not move into EPA because it would be “displacing” poor Hispanics. So in order not to displace them, non-Hispanics should not move into EPA?
In the old days, minorities were not allowed to move into white neighborhoods. The Fair Housing laws changed that and now it is amazing that you would be advocating the preservation of a neighborhood based on the race of the residents. Truly amazing. 
You are no different than the wealthy people who do not want low income housing in their neighborhood, you want to keep poor people in EPA under the guise of “preventing gentrification.”
