Kieran Snyder, really smart article to help customers in this very busy space. I think this comment nails it for our customers:

“The landscape is dense enough with AI tag lines that even where the technology delivers results, it can be hard to separate the products that work from the empty promises.”

In general, I think it is SO hard for employers to buy HR tech solutions nowadays. It’s a very convoluted ecosystem with new tools launching every day.

I think you provide an excellent framework for evaluating tools at the front lines. Some other good questions to consider as you look deeper (especially for bigger companies):

  • Compliance Friendly?
  • Does it integrate (ATS, HRIS, etc)?
  • Is this meant to replace people or augment their roles? (this becomes critical when you go to roll out these wonderful solutions)
