Was struck today by Accenture’s Liquid Workforce report and their prediction that by 2025 we will see at least one new global 2000 company with *no* full-time employees outside of the C-Suite. Living in LA for many years, I appreciated the analogy to the Hollywood system. We’ll have stewards of human capital (aka *Creativity*) investment dolling out $10s of millions to production teams who will assemble, glue together and manage the best specialists for the job.
