The Empathetic Leap

Sometimes when we consider metaphysical ideas we can become very confused about what is “real” and what effect our actions may have on others. In response to some of my own metaphysical confusion, I came up with a statement I call “The Empathetic Leap”:

I choose to believe that suffering is real and that the choices I make can affect how much suffering I and others experience.
One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
