Floating In The Clouds

So last night’s class was pretty eye opening. I’ve had issues understanding floats and borders since I started learning HTML and CSS. After last night, the light finally went on in my brain.

Thanks to repl.it, I now have a great sense as so how exactly floats work. Being able to see where elements go as I type them really helps, so I think I’ll be trying to use Codepen.io more also.

Going into new rules of HTML5, also, using the <nav> element can sure save a lot of code space. I dig it.
