Hey Kesley. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Very fair criticism. It can be a tiny bit slower, even though the number of clicks are the same. We’re going to continue to work on speeding that up — especially for larger accounts that have a lot of teams and projects.

Long term we think the home screen vs. menu tradeoff will be worth it because of some other things we have planned around the Home screen that wouldn’t have been possible with the menu. So while it may look to some like a small step backwards in the short term, in the long term we believe it’ll be a big leap forward.

We also have some other ideas we’ll be exploring re: the bookmarks menu — like making it a distinct menu itself. That would be an improvement over the menu implementation and the home screen implementation. We’ll be exploring that. Also, a forthcoming iOS and Android release put Bookmarks more front and center too.
