I interface with a wide range of people at Basecamp, on a variety of teams. We just don’t set meetings to do it — we do it all over Basecamp asynchronously so we don’t have to try to synchronize our schedules. This way we can get back to each other on our own schedules, when we’re ready. Only as a last resort do we schedule something we all have to stop work for.
