Example of how it will look

Overview

GitHub is a great platform to work on projects as well as brand yourself. Repositories don’t speak for themselves and your Overview page is a superb way to express your creativity.

It can even include images, gifs, etc. Anything Markdown can which is a great time for you to dive deep into it. Click here to learn more to sharpen your Markdown skills.

I have a thing for cats :3

Instructions

  1. Create a new repository with the same name as your username or click here

i.e. my repo would be named jasonganub because my GitHub URL is https://github.com/jasonganub

Make sure it’s public and you initialize a README

2. Next edit your README.md file.

You can even edit it on Github directly and see the Preview changes tab.

This is your moment to grasp the attention of the reader. Share it with your friends and continue to improve it.

3. Make your commit, push, and you’re good to go 🚀

It’s very simple to set it up. Please contact me on Twitter if you have any questions. Kudos to Kathy and Kat for building this 👏👏👏
