Good day all,

Welcome to the monthly NovaToken update, it has been another busy month so let’s get right to it.

Marketing:

By far the biggest news in October was the Altcoin Fantasy trading competition. The contest was a success and we have seen an influx of new users to our Telegram who are interested in learning more about what we are doing here with NovaToken.

We also continue to add to our mailing list as our reach increases in lockstep with social media engagement. We are looking to bring more trading contest and competitions to our community as part of our strategy to build traction on the NVT front. October also saw us being added to Signal on Blockfolio and putting out NovaToken’s fist ever signal message. We are also working with Metamask to have NVT added as a default ERC-20 token (we currently must be added via a custom token route so this will be another step in the right direction).

Whitepaper:

The whitepaper is reaching completion as we add the proper cosmetic touches to it so it aligns with the rest of the NovaToken style we are creating. We will alert everyone once it has been posted to the website which we expect to be ready for the first half of November. A lot has changed on the project since we takeover at the beginning of 2019 so we are ensuring our new vision is clearly communicated from both a technical and investment perspective.

Partnerships:

Partnerships on several fronts are being worked on as part of the business unit on the team is reaching out to many games within the blockchain space. We are fortunate to have several members on the team who have been involved in the industry for many years now and have established some wonderful connections. This connections help open doors and we will continue to utilize this to our advantage.

Until a partnership is officially formed we must be tight lipped for obvious reasons however I can confirm we are in talks with several games about joining our Rewards portal on the NovaToken website. We are also speaking with games (blockchain based or otherwise) to begin preparing them for adopting our platform next year.

Finally, we are always speaking with third parties in the NFT (non-fungible token) space to partner with us where it makes sense. Keep your eyes peeled on the Rewards portal as we look to add several more games for you to stake against. We will have some big upgrades happening to the Rewards portal as well so you will want to read over our new whitepaper when released.

Team:

Another area we are experiencing monthly growth in is our team, which is exactly what have been working hard to cultivate here at NovaToken — a culture of innovation, opportunity and fun. To this end I am happy to introduce Leon Kouyoumjian to the NovaToken family. Leon has a background in graphic design and development and will be using these skills to help the project in several key areas. We are excited to have him on-board and I look forward to the opportunity to work with Leon directly in the future.

We will continue to introduce several more members of the team to the community over the coming months as we look to recruit talented individuals from around the World that share our passion for blockchain technology.

Ambassador Program:

After several months of careful planning we are now ready to officially roll out our Ambassador program. This marketing program will receive its own section here this month as we have already begun to see an influx of interested parties from around the World who are interested in becoming part of something special here at NovaToken. We will be publishing a separate note on the program in the coming days so stay tuned to the Telegram channel for more information on this front.

Development:

Each month we have been adding resources to our team to assist in the development of our platform, and this is our top priority going into 2020. We have begun engaging with other development groups to assist us where possible on some key areas on our server side / API-based work for the platform.

Part of the philosophy here at NovaToken is to under-promise and over-deliver, and in that vein we are still aiming to have our platform MVP out some time early into 2020. This is also a priority for us as having a finished product that successfully came to market makes for a much more attractive investment in both the native currency (NVT) and any capital raising we engage in over the coming year.

Closing thoughts:

A lot can be said about the hustle and resourcefulness of the team and community, the efforts being put forth from many individuals has been nothing short of inspiring. I have been a part of many successful teams in the past and this is by far the most dedicated to the cause due to the sheer love of the product — gaming.

The community really shines in this sense as several of you have gone out of your way to offer us new ideas while also volunteering your help. You guys are the biggest reason we are here today and why we will be reaching the top of the mountain in the near future.

Ultimately, we will enjoy success by ensuring we have a utility-rich platform and currency to support it. I cannot understate this enough and it is what drives us to push forward and explore new mechanics of our platform and different cryptoeconomic opportunities. Looking forward to finishing 2019 with a head of steam so that we enter 2020 with a bang!
