Today, I want to share a couple of tips for a sore back..

These aren’t magical remedies that fix your pain...

They are real life, daily tools that you may or may not have luck with:

1) Lay down

2) Meditate

3) Hydrate daily with clean, filtered water

4) Get consistent sleep

5) Track patterns of pain and what sparks your pain

6) Move daily

7) Find an MAT specialist near you

8) Strength train with a plan based in balance and stabilization

9) Get your mindset right: don’t complain, be pragmatic, be grateful, etc.
