A leader worth your serving

At the company 2016 year end party last night, I saw Joe — our CEO talked to our creative director in a respectful and attentive manner even though he’s in a higher position. It made me feel relieved and appreciative. This person is who I want to learn from, give my admiration to, and be employed by.
