37: Get pain free and move better with Antonio Gurule

As athletes and outdoor adventure seekers, we all know what it’s like to push through the pain.
If you do it often enough, it just feels like par for the course.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Our guest today is Antonio Gurule.
He’s a Chiropractor and personal trainer. He and his wife Nichelle own Enhanced Movements Chiropractic and Wellness Center located at Moov Vital Crossfit in Louisville, CO.

Antonio wants to give you the exercises and tools that you need to treat yourself and achieve your goals.
He recommends:
If you do have preexisting pain, spend a little more time warming up.
Learn how to move right.
Find a chiropractor or coach and get an assessment done.
Yoga tune up balls are great for recovery.
Do some active recovery and cool down after your workout to prevent getting sore and tight.
