VMUN Organization How-to: Jotform
Jotform is an incredibly powerful platform.
Over multiple years involved in an annual conference, I’ve used Jotform capabilities to handle thousands of simple registrations and hundreds of more complex applications. Barring a couple blips (our interface lied to us about the number of submissions for a bit) Jotform has been steady and hardy through frequent use of highly effective condition-based question software.

Organizing a large conference like VMUN is an organizational feat, and this online tool has made that task easier. This year we moved to a payment system embedded in a form that allows for significantly easier payment processing, and has yielded fantastic results so far.
Our only complaints about Jotform have been the small technical errors. In addition to the program mis-displaying submissions, we seem to receive a significant number of duplicates, and the saving functionality can break down with shoddy internet, losing edits.
However, I’ve found no better platform than this, and would highly recommend it for an organization of any size that needs to process data submitted by more than a handful of people.
Thanks, Jotform!
