RECORDS ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN #RESM560V

Peyton Manning is arguably the greatest quarterback to play the game. Peyton went from receiving multiple neck surgeries to setting milestone records. Who would of thought that Manning would bounce back the way he did.
According to Chris Wesseling from NFL.com “Peyton Manning became the second quarterback in history to reach 500 career touchdowns, throwing for 479 yards and four scores in the Denver Broncos’ 41–20 victory over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.”
Peyton’s career was in question after suffering a neck injury. Hard work pays off and Peyton has showed that on the field. He overcame adversity and is showing the critics that he is still able to perform at an elite level.
It’s more than a game to Peyton Manning, his expectations are high for the whole team, which helps his teammates to perform at their best ability.
“I don’t think I’ve thrown a lot of touchdowns that didn’t mean something. Any time you have a big lead, all the years I played in Indianapolis, the coaches would always take us out, and if we were getting bad they’d take us out, so any ones that I’ve thrown usually resulted in our team trying to win the game or win the game, so I think about it that way,” Manning said.”
Peyton is the perfect example of a leader. He has evolve the game with his hurry up offense, reading the defense, and consistent audibles.
“I’ve never kept a football, mainly because the receivers have kept them,” Manning said.
I believe Peyton will break Brett Favre’s NFL record of 508 touchdown passes within his next two games. Will any other quarterback than break Peyton’s record? Records are meant to be broken, and it is a challenge set for future quarterbacks. Manning will continue to dominate the game, break records and I truly believe that he will bring his team back to the Superbowl and win his second NFL title.
From MileHighReport by Kyle Montgomery, “Manning threw for over 400 yards, the 13th 400-yard game of his career, tying Dan Marino’s NFL record for the most such games.”
Peyton tied Dan Marino’s record of 13 400-yards games, which I think Manning will break Hall of Famer, Dan Marino’s NFL record before he retires.
Peyton will have set his legacy before leaving the game. He looks like he can play another two seasons, which is interesting and exciting. Peyton has one championship under his belt and is already being talked about the best to ever play the game. What happens if he wins one more? Maybe two? I will leave those questions for the readers to imagine and think of.
“You take a couple moments, and you go down memory lane a little bit,” Manning said.
