If you could do this job — would this content appeal to you ?

So there’s about a billion ways recruiters attract talent, one of the most commonly used ways is to write a billion adverts on millions of job boards around the world.

If you were a UI Designer / Developer (one that could actually code) would you be interested in the follow content ? Have I missed out any important peices ?

Specialist UI Designers & Coders
This role will not disappoint if you’re looking to work with a small team (4-6) that are actually passionate about good web development! You will need to be one of those nerdy types that geek out over the latest in tech devices, tech stacks and global tech reviews.
If you’re looking to join a team that feels like a family & pays those family members (ie You) well, then this is probably worth putting in for.
The ideal candidate with 2-4 years of experience can:
- Solid experience with working with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, LESS & SASS!
- Work in constant dialogue with our design team to cater for all the design requirements.
- Independently design and develop websites using HTML/HTML5 according to specifications handed to you by our design team or clients.
- Consult our stakeholders, and find the best solutions to even their most ‘pain-in-the-ass needs (we love them really).
- Build robust, genuine, co-operation with our customers and always act in their best interest!!!
- Lastly, be a reasonable person that likes learning from others & stays open minded!
If you want to know more (ie what you’ll be working on) — there’s several ways you can get in touch with me right now to find out more…
& REMEMBER.. if this is not the right role for you, hit us up about many many other web development roles we have!
