You must have installed the following devices to record the video in 2K:

  • Arlo Pro 3
  • Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight
  • Arlo Pro 4

You must have installed the following devices to record the video in 4K:

  • Arlo Ultra
  • Arlo Ultra 2

Make Sure You Have Bought the Subscription Plan

For 2K recording on Arlo Pro 3, Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight, or Arlo Pro 4, make sure you are having a subscription for Arlo Secure or Arlo Secure Plus.

If you want to record the 2K on Arlo Ultra or Arlo Ultra 2, make sure you are having a subscription to Arlo Secure Plus.

Check the Power Management Setting of the Arlo Camera
