Childhood Happiness

Relived one of the few happy childhood moments

Well this is in south east asia, which is Malaysia.

Went out for dinner with dad and we were not that hungry so we decided to have satay for dinner. We went do cedar point which is locate in Johor Bahru town, where the infamous pork satay stall was. Satay are like meat on a stick.

What’s so special about this satay was that the original owner was an old uncle and auntie who used to sell satay at a shop near Angsana. It was just the both of them.

Since the handed their business to their relatives as age caught up with them, the satay never tasted 100% alike but somewhat around 85% of the taste is still the same when I use to have at Tampoi.

The resemblance brought my taste buds to live and made me feel good and contended.

Well that’s all for one of the childhood food moments.
