SparkPoint wallet users can now send transactions, and implement crypto-to-crypto exchange thanks to this collaboration. “By integrating Changelly’s API in our wallet, we can enable a built-in exchange in the SparkPoint app, thus users can now swap cryptocurrencies in an instant and seamless way,” Andy added.
Basically, an instant exchange like Changelly is better than a conventional custodial exchange. Users are given a quick and easy instrument to exchange their assets, since Changelly acts as an intermediary between the traditional exchange and a user, thus reducing the risk of theft from hacks and fraud.
“Changelly’s integration gives our wallet real world utility. Our wallet is not just a medium of storage anymore, it also now has the capability to trade crypto — one very significant feature to have,” Rico Zuniga, Chief Technology Officer of SparkPoint said in an interview.
With this partnership, the question is, “Will the SRK Token be allowed swapping capabilities on Changelly?” At present, the SRK token is not yet available for swap in Changelly because our exchanges are not yet supported. However, there is a possibility that we will be listed in the future.
Rico added that there is a plan for SparkPoint to create their own exchange since this is a common goal among blockchain cryptocurrency startups. “We will plan this carefully and comply with all regulatory requirements to make this a reality soon.”
In relation to this partnership, SparkX (SRK) will integrate the other tokens, batch by batch according to demand and popularity until all coins and tokens are added to our wallet.
